Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:


  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty items

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 working days after delivery.

Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
